All of our rates of commission are based on amount of house contents and the size of the house. The only extra fees associated are advertising costs to run the ad 2-3 days prior to sale in local papers and any rubbish removal service needed to completely clean out the property(costs for renting a dumpster). There are no costs associated with labor to clean, organize, and price the items for the sale and no charges for workers on the day of the sale.Our commission rates do vary (based on home size and amount of contents) but the average is between 25% and 35%.
